Hybrid house training is a community like no other. Everyone, both trainers and trainees work hard and push each other to their absolute limits. It is incredible what you can put your mind to and accomplish with a crew like this one behind you! Whether it is personal goals or training for your first race, Keaton, Marissa, and the entire gym family will work with you until you are where you want to be. I wouldn’t want to be a part of any other gym family!
