This plan will cover the 2025 south east spring races! Covering your strength training, metcons, and running. You will need access to ergs, sleds, barbells and dumbbells. You’ll be training 5-6 days a week. Plan officially starts January 1st!

Want to know what it’s like to train like a hybrid athlete? Jump on our training plan! Athlete or not, we have something for all levels. This program is overseen both HHT coaches. You’ll get access to our private training group where you can communicate with others on the program, participate in challenges and get tips and tricks on nutrition, workouts and racing strategies.

I’ve been personal training / coaching for almost 12 years.
I’ve been in the gym since I was 15 years old and started working out when I was around 10 or 11. I was the kid with Wheaties boxes, books on training and Olympic posters all over my room.
I became obsessed with the process of training and learning how to change your body through different training methods and stimulus. I’ve tried all different kinds of training. Bodybuilding, power lifting, endurance, calisthenics, martial arts, etc..
Diets?? I’ve been vegetarian, vegan, high protein, low carb, keto, you name it. I put on weight, lost weight and gained weight again. Just to do it. Rather than take someone else’s word for it, I did it myself. I figured there’s no better way to help others do something than being able to fully understand the process myself.
I’m excited to share my knowledge through years of experience and would love the opportunity to coach you on your next fitness venture!
